Ethical Code
Industrie Polieco – M.P.B. S.p.A. would like to inform that, with a resolution of the Board of Directors of 21.11.2019, the Company has adopted its own Organization, Management and Control Model in compliance with Law Decree 231/2001 and Ethical Code.
Pursuant to Italian Law Decree no. 231/01, Company recipients of the Model undertake to comply with the contents of the Model itself. Recipients are both persons inside the Company (top management, corporate persons subject to the management or supervision of others) and External Parties (Associates, consultants and, in general, any independent workers operating within any sensitive activities on behalf or in the interest of the Company) as well as suppliers and partners who significantly and/or uninterruptedly operate within sensitive activities on behalf or in the interest of the Company.
